基本的に、Yeskah-drums （エスカドラムス）の作品は「自由な音楽」です。ここでは、わかりやすく「4つの自由」とします。
1.いついかなる場所においてもプレイできる自由。（ショッピング・モール等でのBGMにしてもOK）
2.コピーする自由。（DVD・CD のコピーに数量の上限はありません）
3.改良の自由。（ボーカル入れ替え等の自由）
4.コピー・改良したものを販売して対価を得る自由。（例えばJAZZ風とか・・・にすることもOK）
4つの自由は万国共通であることを望みます。ただし、原作者のクレジットは担保されること。
4つの自由は変更されることが有ります。
